We hope it doesn't come to this, but in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase.

For the return of your package a fixed cost of €8 will be taken into account unless the return concerns an incorrect delivery or mistake on our part. The cost will be deducted from your refund.

Because of hygienic reasons earrings can not be returned. Sales will also not be accepted as a return.

How to start a return

Please send an email including your order number and the reason for returning to hello@alamainbymargaux.com to register your return.

Once your return is registered you will receive an email with further instructions on how to proceed 

​

Due to the nature of the items, we only accept items that are unworn and show no sign of use and must be undamaged. When an item has been returned and shows signs of being worn a refund will not be possible.

Please package your items in the box/pouch they arrived in.

We ask you to cover the return shipping. We will send you a pre-paid return label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refunded amount.

Refund

After receiving your return a confirmation email will be send. We will process and refund your return as soon as possible with a maximum 10 business days.​

Atelier à la main

​

For custom pieces created by Aterlier à la main it will not be possible to exchange or return the items created for you.
