  • How should I take care of my jewellery?

  • Can I customise my jewellery pieces?
    Yes you can! With 'Atelier à la main' we offer a service that lets you customise your pieces. Whether you are looking for jewellery to wear on a special occasion or to match a specific outfit we are able to help you and create unique pieces just for you. Keep in mind that processing times and prices may vary. Please fill out the contact form or mail us at for all inquiries.
  • Can I include a personal message with my order?
    Yes you can, send us an email: stating your order number and the message you want to add and we'll make sure it is included when shipping your order.
  • Can I still change my order once it has been placed?
    We aim to ship your order between 1-2 business days ofter it was placed, so nice your order is being processed by us, unfortunately it is no longer possible to change anything. In case you accidentally made a mistake while ordering you can send an email to and we'll see what we can do to help. If your order has already been processed it is possible to return or exchange your order. Please read our return/exchange policy for more information on how to proceed.
  • Can I buy a giftcard?
    Yes, we offer electronic giftcards. They will be sent directly after purchasing or on any specific day chosen by you. Click here to shop giftcards.

  • Will I be charged custom/duty fees?
    Orders within the EU: You will not be charged with custom and duty fees. Orders outside of the EU: Once your package arrives in your country you might be charged import taxes, duties and/or related customs fees. These duties vary from country to country and are charged depending on the marked "value" of the package. à la main by Margaux is not responsible for these fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at the time of delivery/pickup for imported goods. Not all packages are subject to the duty/custom fee, so we recommend contacting your local customs for information if you have additional questions.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout or consult our shipping policy.
  • How will I know when my order has shipped?
    Once your order has been processed by us and is ready to be shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a track and trace number so you can track your order during shipping.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping time depends on the country of destination and are only an indication. Shipping within The Netherlands: 1 - 2 business days Shipping to Belgium, France, Germany and Luxemburg: 2 - 5 business days Shipping to the rest of Europe: 3 - 6 business days Shipping to the rest of the wold: 5 - 15 business days
